This Privacy Policy explains how Mixed Media Ventures ("MMV," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with GetYourWebsite.pro, including preview websites, customer portals, and related services. By visiting a GetYourWebsite.pro site, claiming a preview site, or using our customer portal, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Business information. To build your preview site, we use publicly available information about your business, such as your business name, category, address, and photos sourced from your Google Business Profile or other public listings.

Information you provide. If you fill out a claim form, contact form, or portal request, we collect what you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message content.

Communications data. If you call, text, or email us, or if we contact you by phone, SMS, or email as described in our Terms of Service, we keep records of that communication, including the date, time, and method.

Website analytics. On preview and live sites we build, we collect basic usage data such as page views, click activity on call and email buttons, referral source, and approximate traffic patterns. This data is aggregated for reporting to the business owner and to us; we do not use it to build advertising profiles on visitors.

Customer portal data. If you're a paying customer with portal access, we store your login credentials (encrypted), the analytics described above for your site, support tickets and messages you submit, photos you upload, and domain configuration details.

Payment information. If you purchase ongoing services, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged into the customer portal, remember basic preferences, and measure site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect portal functionality.
