These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetYourWebsite.pro and any preview website, consultation, or service offered by Mixed Media Ventures ("MMV," "we," "us"). By checking the consent box on our claim form, requesting a call, or otherwise contacting us about a preview website, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we built you
MMV builds preview websites for local businesses using publicly available information (business name, category, and photos from public sources such as your Google Business Profile). This preview site is provided so you can see what a professionally built website for your business could look like.
There is no cost to view or "claim" a preview site, and claiming one does not obligate you to purchase anything.
2. No guarantee on the preview site
The preview site is a demonstration only. We do not guarantee its uptime, permanence, search rankings, or performance. If you decide to move forward with us, the live, ongoing version of your site and any related services (hosting, SEO, ads, reputation management, etc.) will be covered under our separate Master Service Agreement and an invoice reflecting the specific services and pricing you agree to.
3. Your business information and photos
If any information or photos on your preview site are inaccurate, outdated, or you'd like them removed, contact us using the information below and we will correct or take down the site promptly.
4. Communications consent
By checking the consent box and submitting the claim form, you agree that Mixed Media Ventures and its representatives (including Vin) may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email at the phone number and email address you provided, regarding your preview website and related marketing services.

- Message frequency varies.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive marketing communications to claim your preview site or speak with our team.
- Reply STOP to any text message at any time to opt out of texts, or ask a team member to remove you from calls or emails.
- These communications may be sent using automated systems.
We keep a record of the date, time, and method by which you gave this consent.
5. No purchase obligation
Claiming a preview site, requesting a call, or speaking with a member of our team creates no financial obligation. Any purchase of ongoing website, hosting, or marketing services will be documented separately with pricing and terms you agree to before being charged.
6. If you decide to purchase
If you choose to move forward and purchase ongoing website, hosting, SEO, advertising, reputation management, or other marketing services from us, that purchase will be governed by our Master Service Agreement, available at getyourwebsite.pro/msa.
Agreeing to these Terms today does not, by itself, enroll you in or obligate you to that agreement. Before any purchase is finalized or any charge is made, you will be shown the specific services and pricing you're agreeing to and asked to separately accept the Master Service Agreement for that purchase.
7. Ownership
Until you purchase ongoing services, the preview site and its underlying code, design, and hosting remain the property of Mixed Media Ventures. Ownership, licensing, and transfer terms for a purchased site are set out in the Master Service Agreement referenced above.
8. Limitation of liability
The preview site and any information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixed Media Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the preview site or these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date at the top of this page reflect the terms in effect at that time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms that isn't resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
